(Senior) Product Manager

<p>     </p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p>Abbott Vascular is looking for a <b>Senior Product Manager EMEA</b> to join our EMEA Headquarter in Diegem.</p><p></p><p><b>Your Role and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights across the EMEA region</li><li>Shape and communicate our vision, mission and strategy</li><li>Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies, together with and for the EMEA affiliates</li><li>Partner with and coordinate the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand</li><li>Lead creative development to motivate the target physicians to “take action”</li><li>Establish performance indicators and targets and build short and long term sales forecasts</li><li>Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs</li><li>Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to stay ahead of competition</li><li>Execute and monitor new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities</li><li>Monitor product supply and distribution</li><li>Align stakeholders (Global, Regional, Local and across all functions) around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics; partner with and influence Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives</li><li>Provide guidelines for financial planning, forecasting and strategic planning exercises</li><li>Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure</li><li>Ensure compliance in reporting product experiences according to AV requirement</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Profile</b>:</p><ul><li>University degree (ideally in business, marketing or MBA)</li><li>Minimum 10 years related sales and marketing experience of which a minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager / Marketing role.</li><li>Experience with multi-country/region marketing management is required.</li><li>Medical devices, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred</li><li>Large Multinational companies experience</li><li>Mature product / business life-cycle management</li><li>Understanding of the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry and trends</li><li>Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, communicate recommendations to executives as well as commercial teams and managing projects related to your brands</li><li>Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns</li><li>Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix</li><li>Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind</li><li>Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers</li><li>Outstanding communication skills</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and content approval processes</li><li>Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices, including multichannel campaigns</li><li>Desire to understand and fully explore solutions meeting local market conditions</li><li>Leading and influencing through strong marketing plans &amp; strategy, ensuring credibility with the EMEA sales organization</li><li>Ability to interface with key customers and opinion leaders - all stakeholders</li><li>Communication and influencing skills</li><li>Results and performance driven</li><li>Creative thinking and change management</li></ul><p>     </p><p><b>The base pay for this position is </b></p>N/A<p><span>In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.</span></p><p>     </p><h2><b>JOB FAMILY:</b></h2>Product Management<p>     </p><h2><b>DIVISION:</b></h2>AVD Vascular<p>        </p><h2><b>LOCATION:</b></h2>Belgium &gt; Diegem : Building B<p>     </p><h2><b>ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS:</b></h2><p>     </p><h2><b>WORK SHIFT:</b></h2>Standard<p>     </p><h2><b>TRAVEL:</b></h2>Not specified<p>     </p><h2><b>MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE:</b></h2>Not Applicable<p>     </p><h2><b>SIGNIFICANT WORK ACTIVITIES:</b></h2>Not Applicable<p>     </p><p>     </p><p>     </p>
