Job Description

AECOM has a vacancy available for an Environmental Manager/ (Senior) Consultant for The Netherlands for - but not limited to - Due Diligence services, auditing, EIA studies, net zero studies, GHG verification, climate adaptation and mitigation and sustainability work.

The responsibilities of this position include, but may not be limited to, the following:

• Further developing the ESG/EHS Market and team in The Netherlands;
• Working in collaboration with operational leaders, this consultant is responsible for setting vision and priorities in The Netherlands and support establishment of goals, objectives and strategies in accordance with the Paris Agreement and Dutch national ESG goals. Sells the full range of climate change, decarbonization and sustainability services and targets key clients across the entire AECOM footprint. Frequently consulted by clients, peers and colleagues with a high reliance place on industry knowledge. Makes decisions and recommendations that are recognized as authoritative and may have far reaching impact on the business;
• Supports end market specific ESG/EHS taskforces;
• "Go to” first point of contact for ESG/EHS queries;
• Engages in policy and technology development forums, participates in strategic pursuits, proposal preparation and review, and strategic project involvement;
• Plans, prioritizes, budgets and coordinates participation in industry-leading conferences and forums;
• Functions as a Senior Advisor, Principle-In-Charge, or Technical Expert on major programs and or projects as appropriate;
• Collaboration with co-TPDs to promote cross-selling of services, achieve successful capture of large-scale pursuits, and grow client accounts;
• Collaboration with other Business Lines to promote cross selling and insourcing of services.
