The Administrative Coordinator in the IIS Portfolio Planning and Management department ensures the efficient operation of the department by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling communications. They assist in tracking timelines, updating documentation, and preparing reports to support the department’s objectives. Additionally, they facilitate the smooth execution of portfolio management processes by providing logistical and administrative support.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required. 
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience. 
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred. 
• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). 
• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
