business and human growth.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Provide HR generalist support to the EMEA region (specifically North EMEA) to improve the full employee life cycle including but not limited to efficiency and productivity in areas such as; employee relations, inclusivity, and employee engagement.</p><p><strong>Principal duties and responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as an HR Business Partner and provide support to the business and to other HR senior business partners</li><li>Provide day-to-day support to teams to elevate the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities</li><li>Provide HR business partner support to individuals seeking resolution to HR matters that arise including but not limited to performance management, learning and development, talent management etc working closely (as appropriate) with the regional and global HR team</li><li>Ensure the appropriate handling of employee relations issues</li><li>Share recommendations with the Regional HRBP Director for resolution</li><li>Foster and promote a culture that embodies diversity, inclusion, and psychological safety through fair and consistent management practices</li><li>Identify and share insights regarding opportunities and themes in the business to proactively drive an inclusive environment</li><li>Partner with EMEA Regional HRBP Director to create solutions that best support the people and the business</li><li>Proactively assess employee development needs, make recommendations and implement sound solutions</li><li>Proactively review processes and share recommendations and solutions</li><li>Partner with the Regional HRBP Director as needed on work process changes and change management associated with org design/redesign initiatives</li><li>Special projects and miscellaneous duties, as needed</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>2+ years of experience as HRBP preferably in innovative and agile global organizations</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills</li><li>Keen attention to detail, follow up and follow through</li><li>Curious leaner with proven track record of impacting change and influencing leaders</li><li>Team orientation with the ability to establish credibility with leaders</li><li>Excellent analytical and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks</li><li>Experience dealing with ambiguity and developing trusting relationships with employees</li><li>Ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues.</li><li>Model ethical behaviour</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Role can be based in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands.</p><p> </p>
