Responsibilities:
Support timely monthly financial statement close completed in accordance with Mobile Health’s month/quarter/year-end close process.
Perform account analysis and reconciliation on Mobile Health’s workpapers including NCI, accounts payable, accrued liabilities, fixed assets, accounts receivable, etc.
Review of our Philippines team’s work papers for the Mobile Health division.
Manage Mobile Health’s billing & accounts receivable reconciliation and follow-up.
Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance for the Mobile Health Division.
Post Mobile Health journal entries, generate accruals, and reconcile bank statements.
Analyze financial statements and accounts for discrepancies for the Mobile Health Division.
Reconcile intercompany balances.
Perform fixed asset accounting.
Purchase accounting
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
3-5 years of previous work experience in accounting.
Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
SEC Experience
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Familiarity with Workday is a plus.
Strong analytical ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
You have good judgment, strong interpersonal skills, solid problem-solving skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, self-motivated and well-organized.
Strong initiative and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
CPA or studying for exams and passing sections is a plus.
