The Work You Will Do:
Provide customer service and respond both in writing and verbally to inquiries from licensees regarding real estate education requirements. Provide customer service and respond to inquiries from written correspondence including importing them into OnBase or current document management system, incoming mail, emails, telephone call, and walk-in visitors. Answer, screen and route emails and telephone calls, take messages when required, answer basic questions regarding real estate statutes and rules including items not requiring the attention of a supervisor.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis and research to complete an accurate evaluation of licensure education submissions, inclusive of transcripts and applications for licensure, to determine adherence with applicable statutes and rules.
Conduct analysis and research to complete an accurate evaluation of licensee’s request for hardship to determine adherence with applicable statutes and rules. Provide customer service and respond both in writing and verbally to enquiries from licenses.
Assist with course material reviews when assigned by the supervisor.
Other required work as assigned by the supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of the Florida Statutes Chapter 455 and 475, Rule Chapters 61J1 and 61J2.
Ability to conduct fact finding research by using Versa Regulation and OnBase.
Organizational and file management skills.
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
Required to be able to deal with troubled callers in a non-offensive manner.
Possess critical thinking ability to evaluate and critique customer needs.
Minimum Requirements:
Two (2) years of customer service experience.
