What does a successful Product Manager, Branch Solutions do?
A successful Product Manager at Fiserv is dedicated to providing top-notch Branch Solutions by overseeing product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This involves gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working collaboratively with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The ideal candidate aligns with our mission of leveraging technology to meet customers where they are, improving life and work experiences.

What you will do:

• Interface with customers to identify market opportunities.
• Map needs with target markets and perform market analysis.
• Develop strategies to outmaneuver competitors.
• Manage product portfolios, pricing models, and delivery processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators to gauge product success.
• Ensure all departments are prepared for new product releases.
• Create and deliver influential content to drive product interest.
• Support sales efforts by delivering detailed product information.

What you will need to have:

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• 8+ years managing solutions using API integration approaches.
• 8+ years of experience in creating release roadmaps supporting product strategies.
• 8+ years experience understanding complex business and technical concepts, making balanced judgments.
• 8+ years of experience leading products through key lifecycle stages.
• 8+ years of experience in leading products through key stages of the lifecycle.

What would be great to have:

• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including data warehouse applications.
• 8+ years of experience working in the banking industry.
• 8+ years of public cloud platform experience.
• 8+ years of Agile development experience.

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
