Job Description
The Senior Product Manager for Merchandise Financial Planning plays a critical role in advancing Nordstrom's merchandise planning capabilities, supporting planners and merchants through a technology-driven transformation of how we think about financial planning at scale. As part of the Integrated Merchandising product team, you will own and define the financial planning capability roadmap within Toolio, orchestrating delivery across the Toolio vendor relationship and internal Nordstrom engineering teams to drive measurable, lasting value for our merchandise financial planning community.

Orchestrate comprehensive planning sessions across the merch financial planning domain and cross-functional dependencies, framing tradeoff decisions with conviction and documented justification for leadership.
Partner with the Toolio vendor and internal Nordstrom engineering teams to deliver iterative value, leveraging sufficient technical knowledge to promote extensible product design and informed sequencing decisions — including go-to-market strategy, UAT, change management, and post-launch validation.
Define and monitor success metrics, OKRs, and KPIs, independently validating measurable value and adjusting the roadmap based on outcomes.
