Job Summary:

The ADS Claim Process Sr Assoc is an intermediate to senior level resource tasked with creating new loss reports, indexing documents, auditing, and investigating and settling non-complex claims. Additionally, this individual will handle customer / shop inquiries regarding process, policies, next steps, and payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiates, investigates, and settles ancillary and GAP claims

• Evaluates coverage, reviews damage, prepares estimates via discussions with shop, photos and field inspections, secure appropriate documents and evaluates benefits, addresses rental bills, towing bills, paid bills, receipts, etc

• Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process

• Contacts customers, shops, agreement holders, inspectors, vendors and others to secure necessary files information as needed and directed; confirms facts and determine additional needed follow-up

• Completes other tasks as directed by management

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

• 0-2 years experience (Preferred)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Functional Skills:

• Intermediate abilities with Word and Excel

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of automotive repair techniques

• Ability to learn new computer programs and department processes

Compensation offered for this role is $37,000.00-$64,750.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
