Facilities Coordinator – JLL

What this job involves:

Join JLL as a Facilities Coordinator and become an integral part of our operations team in Lakewood, Colorado. In this dynamic role, you'll provide essential support to Site and Assistant Facility Managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while building positive client and vendor relationships. You'll be the go-to person for maintaining our facility at the highest standards, coordinating services, managing work orders, and serving as a key point of contact for site amenities and operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your facilities management expertise while contributing to an environment of teamwork, performance excellence, and exceptional client service.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Service Excellence: Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure a clean, organized office environment and respond promptly to all work orders while maintaining KPI compliance
• Front Desk & Reception: Provide welcoming front desk coverage and guest support, serving as the face of JLL for visitors and clients
• Operations Coordination: Schedule and manage repairs, maintenance, and minor works, tracking projects to completion with minimal disruption
• Vendor & Supply Management: Coordinate vendor services, restock MK supplies, and order office supplies and catered lunches as needed
• Amenities & Events: Support the delivery of site amenities including fitness, food services, transportation, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain emergency response plans, ensure building procedures meet performance measures, and provide a safe workplace environment
• Documentation: Update and maintain accurate records, official documentation, and web pages for the site.

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in information technology tools and platforms (familiarity with Google Suite is required)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively handle stressful situations
• Physical ability to occasionally lift, push, and move items as needed for job duties
• Self-motivated with a confident, energetic, and flexible approach to work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, or hospitality fields
• Tech-savvy with familiarity using platforms like Instacart for ordering and procurement
• Highly sociable and approachable personality with strong verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
• Understanding of basic technical aspects of property systems (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, fire protection)
• Experience with vendor management and specialized facility services
• Background in reception, administrative support, or client-facing roles

Work Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $54,800 to $72,160

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Estimated compensation for this position:

55,000.00 – 63,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
