Job Description Summary:
This role will focus on enhancing efficiencies and optimizing supply chain processes using advanced systems.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $207,000K - $225,000K per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Execution of Strategic Plan Objectives
Work with functional leaders to develop and/or implement action plans to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance performance across procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
Support alignment between demand forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling
Support initiatives for process optimization and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals
2. Process & Systems Adoption
Support functional leaders to execute supply chain transformation projects, focusing on process improvements and innovative solutions
Help drive the adoption of new technologies by training teams, addressing resistance to change, and promoting system benefits
Build organizational capabilities through business process training
3. Operational Efficiencies
Analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and work with functional leaders to implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions for cost savings and better service levels
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT and Sales teams to align supply chain strategies with broader business objectives
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Extensive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record in senior leadership roles
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and identifying optimization opportunities
Leadership experience in driving efficiency initiatives across functional teams
