Summary

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a highly experienced Photogrammetrist to join our team! The candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and leadership in the field of photogrammetry to support requirements for the United States Government (USG). The ideal candidate should have a PhD in Photogrammetry, extensive experience with Community Sensor Model (CSM), an active TS/SCI clearance, and up-to-date experience supporting photogrammetry needs of the USG. What you will do

  • Develop and implement photogrammetry processes and procedures and provide technical support for USG missions
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve photogrammetry capabilities and apply findings to support USG missions
  • Apply mature system integration processes to perform analysis of alternatives for CSM implementations across 3D data sets, including those photogrammetrically derived and from other phenemonologies
  • Develop, implement, and lead processes for updating, integrating, and testing CSM in USG and commercial sensors
  • Design, implement, and oversee the use of mensuration tools, techniques, and accuracy assessments to evaluate data for USG missions
  • Organize and oversee Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as they host, lead, and document meetings of the CSM Working Group (CSMWG) with government, commercial, and academic stakeholders
  • Lead team of SMEs to execute complex, technical project while evaluating outcomes against mission-driven requirements from a diverse group of end-users stakeholders
  • Additional duties as assigned or required 

What we are looking for

  • 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in realted field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience
  • Practical knowledge of mensuration tools, techniques, and accuracy assessments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of SMEs to execute complex projects while coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI

 

 

Bonus points for...

  • PhD in Photogrammetry highly desired 
  • 20+ years of experience in photogrammetry
  • 10+ years supporting USG, including the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency
  • Experience with CSM and active participation in CSMWG
  • Familiarity with all aspects of 3D data generation, evaluation, and evaluation
  • Experience in complementary fields of Image Science, Geospatial Science, and Engi
