We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Boston, Philadelphia or NYC. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Our of experienced global insurance advisors provide strategic insight and support on optimal international program design and network leadership. We have a deep understanding of insurance regulation and practice in territories around the world, which is especially important in challenging regulatory and insurance environments. You will become a member of Marsh's Multinational team who delivers expert broking & strategy solutions to help manage risk with confidence. You will develop an understanding of the clients' business strategic priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs to help provide knowledge and advice to complex clients.

We will count on you to:

• Acts as an advisory colleague on smaller, less complex books of business.

• Develops renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Advisory Leader and Client Executive and executes in accordance with client instructions.

• Analyzes quotes from carriers and provides analysis to more senior Advisory colleagues and/or clients to assist with developing solutions and renewals.

• Supports more senior Advisory colleagues to reach business goals and RFP’s through research and document preparation to support and assist the design, development, and marketing of new insurance and risk products.

• Manages follow-up on coverage changes with underwriters to ensure the coverage specifications are correct.

• Builds and maintains client and market contact at appropriate levels to execute effectively on client’s program.

What you need to have:

• 2+ years Industry experience

• P&C license a must, or ability to obtain

• Bachelors' degree preferred

All Marsh McLennan colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $129,900.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
