About the role

STV is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst (Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst) to work in our New York, NY office or our Atlanta, GA office. This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week/in office). This position will be responsible for supporting the financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes. This role will provide critical financial insights and business intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and improve overall financial performance. The Senior FP&A Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and develop comprehensive financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Dashboard Management: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for C-suite, ensuring timely updates (daily, weekly, monthly) to visualize key financial metrics and support decision-making.
  • Data Accuracy and Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data by updating SQL scripts and managing databases, facilitating informed financial analyses.
  • Revenue Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage revenue forecasts and budgets, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Ad-Hoc Analyses: Conduct complex ad-hoc analyses and financial modeling to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Process Automation: Implement process automation through macros and SQL, significantly enhancing team productivity and efficiency.
  • Financial Insights: Provide financial insights and recommendations to Operating Groups to support their objectives.
  • Strategic Support: Support strategic initiatives and projects by conducting financial analysis and scenario planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Adaptive or other financial planning software, ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation Range:

$107,451.00 - $143,268.00
