Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IAM Team Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Identity Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of identity professionals, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of identity solutions across our global operations. You will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction of our identity management initiatives, ensuring compliance, security, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of more than 4 identity professionals

  • Develop and implement identity management strategies and solutions

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the identity team, ensuring high performance and productivity

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate identity solutions with other systems and services

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

  • Monitor and report on the performance of identity systems and processes

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in identity management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional identity management technologies and tools such as: IDM and single sign on technologies, Ping Identity, SailPoint, IBM Security Identity Manager, RSA SecurID, CyberArk Identity Security and Quest

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum eight (8) years of hand's on technical experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a technical manager leading teams of at least four (4) people

  • Strong understanding and working experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (Azure AD)

  • Confirmed experience working in a global company

  • Project management experience is a must

  • Knowledge of F5, PKI, and Windows services is a benefit

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

  • Effective interpersonal skills at all levels within the organization

  • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in identity management

  • Experience working closely with Cybersecurity teams

Base Pay Range: $111,900.00 - $190,200.00 Annually
