Are you an experienced healthcare leader with a passion for patient care and team collaboration? We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong business acumen to oversee the operations of our regional locations in Minnesota and Iowa. This includes our facilities in Winona, Houston, La Crescent, Harmony, and Spring Grove, MN, as well as Calmar, Lansing, Waukon, and Decorah, IA.

What you’ll do:

• Provide strategic direction to the service line

• Create an infrastructure that enhances clinical and financial outcomes

• Assure high quality patient satisfaction and service

• Facilitate market growth while attracting and maintaining highly qualified employees and providers

What you'll need:

• Masters degree in Business Administration, Nursing, or related field

• Minimum of 3-4 years of management experience in healthcare

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently between clinics. Fleet car will be made available.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
