About the role

Senior Product Manager (Remote)

Help shape the future of AI-powered healthcare for the safety net.

Pair Team is redefining how vulnerable populations receive care — and we’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of critical parts of our platform and help lead the next phase of our growth.

We combine technology, AI, and human touch to serve Medicaid patients with complex needs: those experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, serious mental illness, and substance use. Our platform powers a national safety-net care model, supporting community-based organizations, providers, and health plans.

As a Senior PM, you’ll own a key product domain and work closely with engineering, clinical, and operations teams to deliver AI-enabled systems that improve care for underserved communities. You’ll be hands-on in shaping everything from product strategy to execution — with the autonomy to drive big outcomes and the support of a high-performing, mission-driven team.

This role is ideal for a PM who wants to:

  • Own high-impact product initiatives from discovery to launch
  • Work with cutting-edge AI to build faster and smarter
  • Solve messy, meaningful problems in healthcare
  • Grow quickly with mentorship and scope
  • Build products that matter to patients and care teams

About Pair Team

Pair Team is on a mission to improve the wellbeing of underserved communities through increased access to high-quality care.

We are the first tech-enabled care team that empowers safety-net primary care systems and the patients they serve. We have a full clinical and social care team to provide a personalized, high-touch care experience while addressing patients' barriers to care such as lack of transportation, housing/food insecurity, and mobile phone access. Internally, we are building a care delivery platform to ensure social & clinical best practices, integrate with community-based organizations, and automate administrative work so we can focus on time with our patients.

Our Values

  • Trust: We consistently strive to earn the trust of our patients and their families, our clinic partners, and our teammates.
  • Growth: We grow together – as a company and as individuals.
  • Accountability: We act like owners and take pride in our work.
  • Act beyond yourself: Our vision and impact goes beyond ourselves and so must our actions.

In this role, you will:

  • Own a product domain and drive development of key features and workflows
  • Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and clinical partners to scope and deliver product initiatives
  • Define and measure success using data, experiments, and user research
  • Use AI tools and Pair's internal platform to ship prototypes and accelerate execution
  • Influence product strategy and architecture within your domain
  • Write clear specs, run tight execution, and ruthlessly prioritize
  • Represent product in internal and external discussions, bringing clarity to complex decisions

Who You Are

  • High-Slope PM: You’re growing fast and looking for more scope and ownership.
  • AI-Native Operator: You embrace modern tools and use AI to accelerate how you build and learn.
  • Trusted Partner: You build strong relationships across teams and are viewed as a reliable, credible product lead.
  • Strategic & Detail-Oriented: You can zoom out to clarify goals and zoom in to perfect the details.
  • Execution Driver: You keep teams focused, aligned, and shipping value to users.
  • Technical Fluency: You’re comfortable in technical discussions and can represent trade-offs well.
  • Mission-Driven: You’re motivated by complex problems that matter to real people.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
  • Experience owning product initiatives with measurable impact
  • Comfort working across product, engineering, design, and operations
  • Strong written communication and execution skills
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a track record of experimenting with modern build workflows

Because We Value You

  • Competitive salary: $150,000-$195,000
  • Equity compensation package
  • Flexible vacation policy – take the time you need to recharge
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision cove
