Technical Project Manager, Embedded Finance

About your role:
At Fiserv, a successful Technical Project Manager for Embedded Finance will drive the planning and implementation of new and ongoing projects for our Embedded Finance team. You will coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet client and company standards. Your role is crucial in enhancing the financial services experience for our clients in an increasingly digital and connected world.
 

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of new initiatives including Fintech and Embedded Finance client implementations.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client and company objectives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide project updates and manage expectations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
   

Experience you'll need to have:

• 5+ years of experience in technical project management using Agile methodologies.
• 4+ years of experience in managing resources and budgets for technology projects.
• 3+ years of experience in managing projects in the financial services or payments industry.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• 5+ years of experience in leading projects with large-scale deployments.
• 4+ years of experience in third-party payment platforms and processing.

How you’ll work: 

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

Salary Range

$60,000.00 - $105,600.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
