Program Summary:
As part of Lennar’s Future Builders Program, the Technology Recent College Grad (RCG) positions will engage in significant projects, leveraging next-gen technology to provide innovative solutions across the company, industry, and beyond. The program will facilitate participants’ development of essential interpersonal and technical skills, and position associates for future career success and leadership opportunities. Participants will work alongside seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture while contributing to impactful projects, and become immersed in Lennar’s culture through onboarding (including a visit to a Lennar Community), hands-on training, and teambuilding.
Responsibilities:
Ingest, analyze, and organize raw data into easy-to-use data sets for analysts, data scientists, and machine learners
Build data systems and pipelines leveraging dbt, Snowflake, and Prefect
Conduct complex data analysis and report on results
Prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modeling
Build algorithms and prototypes
Combine raw information from different sources
Explore ways to enhance data quality and reliability
Identify opportunities for data acquisition
Collaborate with data scientists and architects on several projects
Requirements:
Current senior graduating from a 4-year college or University within 1 year (preferred)
Working towards a Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, math, computer science, or similar field (preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Proactive, not reactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take in loose requirements and produce a scalable and reliable data infrastructure
Confident in learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies
Expertise with DBT, Snowflake, Funnel, and Prefect
Designs, builds, and monitors key data pipelines from end to end
Ability to work with various technologies and develop skills for new tools, platforms, and digital workflows
Open to engagement in personal or professional development through learning opportunities (e.g., certifications, courses, professional networks)
