Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Level or Senior Procurement Analyst to support the Supply Chain Capability and Culture – Project Management team in Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ. The Procurement Analyst will drive and support process improvements and new implementations for the BDS Global Supply Chain & Integration (GSC&I) deployment.

Position Responsibilities Mid-Level (3):  

• Defines, designs, plans and deploys internal/external projects

• Develops processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

• Extracts, analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance-to-plan

• Develops, documents and implements processes and systems in support of company goals

• Supports the development and implementation of strategies

• Identifies and implements improvements to streamline and automate process flows

• Assesses and reports compliance to internal/external stakeholders

• Develops risk mitigation plan

Position Responsibilities Senior (4):  

• Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators

• Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators

• Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities

• Leads cross-functional process management activities

• Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action

• Lead efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high risk programs

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• 5+ years of experience analyzing data and metrics to build presentations and make recommendations

• 5+ years of experience supporting customers across multiple program functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred

• Experience participating in analytics projects and initiatives across multiple functions and business units

• Experience with Supply Chain Systems and Tools

Summary pay range:

Mid-Level (3): $76,500 – $94,500

Senior (4): $93,500 - $115,500
