Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing is currently looking for F-15 Quality Assurance Technical Data Representative Level D for the F-15 Qatar program. The initial training will be in Hazelwood, MO with the work being performed in Al Udeid AB, Qatar.

This will be a Long-Term Assignment supporting Maintenance Operations on the F-15 aircrafts. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position will perform the duties of an USAF Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) and Accounts (TODA) specialist for the Qatar F-15 program. This position will provide TO account administrative services for the Boeing F-15QA CLS contract. They oversee organizational TO requirements and distribution operations, establish and maintain a TO Account in ETIMS, establish and maintain organization TO Distribution Accounts (TODA) for organization sub-accounts, and maintain records of TOs required and on hand in organization physical media TO libraries.

Position Responsibilities:

• Documents and maintains completed build/ quality/inspection records to maintain the integrity of as-built deliverable product configuration. Reconciles erroneous data entries to ensure all production records are completed and accounted for by conducting database queries, performing audits of planning and production schedules, and/or coordinating with customer custodians.
• Leads the work of less experienced employees.
• Assembles and validates data packages and log books from traceable build records in accordance with applicable requirements to provide visibility of deliverable product build status.
• Provides product build information to status the product for roll out, flight and/or delivery.
• Provides solutions to a variety of complex problems by leading the development and implementation of process and procedure improvements to ensure the integrity of the documentation for delivered product build process.
• Maintains records storage and shipping logs to assure retrievability in compliance with applicable requirements.

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience on military aircraft platforms
• Previous Quality Assurance experience
• Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime. Some positions may also be rotating shifts
• Prior experience with Technical Publications, aircraft systems or technical data

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5+ years flightline maintenance experience on F-15 Fighter Aircraft.
• 4+ years’ experience with quality or inspection on military aircraft.
• Previous experience as a USAF TODO and with Enhanced Technical Management System (ETIMS).
• Root cause analysis experience.

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 7 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+5 years' related work, Bachelor+2 years' related work, etc.)

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation domestically. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense. While in Hazelwood personnel will be on a Domestic DTA. Domestic Temporary Assignment benefits will be applicable upon hire. International relocation to Qatar will be provi
