About the role
Position reports to the Provisioning Center Operations Manager or General Manager Prompt work attendance with minimal unplanned absences.
Oversees the customer’s products by receiving and accounting for items in the Provisioning Center inventory and recording the data either manually or by computer. All inventory will be kept organized and readily accessible at all times. Ensuring a complete and accurate record of the customer’s inventory while delivering satisfactory service to customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs physical counts of inventory items in order to maintain an accurate inventory
- Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen SKU/numbers and/or locations on a daily basis
- Accurately inputs inventory control data to ensure inventory integrity
- Completes necessary documentation thoroughly, accurately and on-time
- Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies
- Supervise the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports
- Place inventory on hold and ship products needed for QA testing
- Process returns with accuracy
- Count, weigh, and otherwise determine the actual quantity of inventory being handled, received and stored
- Provide timely and accurate communication to Provisioning Center management
- Provide timely and accurate communication to customer personnel
- Perform daily housekeeping tasks to standard
- Employee may perform other related projects and duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS: Education
- High school degree required or equivalent work experience Experience
- One to two years of relevant experience Knowledge and Skills
- Exemplary mathematical and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word and Excel)
- Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
- Bi-lingual communication skills preferred
- Must demonstrate responsible work habits and satisfy pre-employment requirements, including background check and drug screen.
