We select a teleoperator with native or bilingual DANISH who speaks English (B2 level).

�� Your mission will be to receive calls and to provide support to a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage against possible incidents that customers may have.

�� What do we offer?

 

• Position in 100% teleworking mode with contract from the first day of training.
• Salary of 22,000 euros gross per year.
• Temporary 4-month contract with real possibilities of continuity.
• 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
• Onsite training in English (09:00 - 17:00h) in our hub in Seville (Los Remedios).
• Work schedule (monday to friday 11:00h - 19:00h).

 

�� What do we need?

 

 

• Native or bilingual level of DANISH.
• Advanced level of English (B2 minimum required).
• Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
• Ability to adapt to the client.
• Residence in any area of Spain.
