Environmental Coordinator

We’re hiring a motivated Environmental Coordinator to support compliance initiatives across our Midcon asset. This role works closely with leadership and field teams to ensure regulatory alignment and drive continuous improvement in environmental and air compliance processes.

• Field Evaluation: Conduct regular site inspections to assess compliance program progress and identify gaps.
• Environmental Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations including SPCC, Tier II, and stormwater management.
• Air Compliance: Manage field-level air compliance activities, including permitting and state/federal reporting.
• Training Development: Design and maintain training programs to support regulatory understanding and performance.
• Technical Writing: Develop clear policies and procedures to support best practices in environmental and air compliance.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with field personnel and leadership to complete full compliance across a broad scope of regulation.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in air and environmental regulatory compliance
• Strong knowledge of NSPS, NESHAP, and Subpart W regulatory standards
• Familiarity with SPCC and Tier II regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings
• Experience developing computer-based training programs
