What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and lifestyle

• Build relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives

• Work with management and finance teams to create a seamless buying experience

• Follow up with customers and maintain a strong referral network

• Strong communication and people skills

• A positive, self-motivated attitude

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (automotive experience not required)
