Job Summary

The Senior Operations Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-impact projects. This role requires strong experience and familiarity with the CDH industry, motivating leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management in the CDH industry and a passion for driving results. This can include overseeing multiple projects concurrently, supporting large-scale platform migrations and ensuring the success of many ongoing efforts. The Senior Operations Project Manager reports to the VP of Process and Planning.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the planning and implementation of operations projects from inception to completion.
- Develop project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues and risks that arise.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain quality work that exemplifies and promotes Flores’ core values.
Who You Are
- A graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program from a four-year college or university in Business or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in project management focused on complex projects and implementations.
- Someone with strong experience and familiarity in the CDH Industry. Demonstrated experience with Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) plans, including Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), and COBRA administration.
- Experienced with implementing Software and/or systems and supporting change management.
- Experienced with reporting tools, running SQL scripts and creating reporting packages is preferred, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Someone with strong project management skills (PMP, PSPO I or other Project Management certification preferred), able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- An individual with an excellent understanding of project management methodologies and best practices, and proficient in project management software(s) and tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with proven leadership skills and the ability to bring people/teams together.
- A qualified candidate who possesses above average analytical and problem-solving skills.
- An individual that understands the value of providing a high level of customer service.
Work Environment
Flores’ standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET with an hour lunch. Roles may be approved for other schedules by managers. This role operates in a professional #LI-remote office environment. To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states —AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV. This role is mostly sedentary and consists of prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. This role also utilizes other tools such as a phone, copy machine, and printer. Common programs often used are Outlook, Word, and Excel. This position frequently communicates with Flores team members and candidates and must be able to exchange accurate information clearly in the
