In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance to our customers on implementing, improving their quality assurance strategy in order to drive their business.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Assess the performance and functionality of backend services.</li><li>Develop test plans and cases covering both manual and automated approaches</li><li>Analyse requirements and software designs</li><li>Utilise Python/Robot Framework to design and implement new automated test cases.</li><li>Improve existing automation suite: Enhance the current backend automation suite while also introducing new automated test cases using Python.</li><li>Report and resolve defects</li><li>Collaborate with the team to address and resolve these issues promptly.</li><li>Contribute in an Agile environment</li><li>Collaborate with Development: Work closely with the development team to integrate automation solutions into a CI/CD pipeline.
