Division Director of Physical Plant Operations
About the Position The incumbent chosen for this position will support the Deputy Commissioner in overseeing plant operations across multiple facility sites. Responsibilities will include assisting with capital structure planning, ensuring the execution of facility structure maintenance plans, and providing oversight for site leaders managing day-to-day plant operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills to ensure operational efficiency and support infrastructure needs across all locations. Key duties include developing and implementing long-term operational strategies, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and collaborating with senior leadership to align plant operations with the organization's goals.

  • Annual Salary is $125,000.00
  • Primary Working Hours are M-F; 8-5 either at our Central Administration in Oklahoma City or onsite at one of our statewide facility locations
  • FLSA Status: Exempt

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree and seven years of professional business or public administrative experience, including four years in a supervisory or administrative capacity
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • No substitution will be allowed for the required professional experience in a supervisory or administrative capacity
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
 
  • Candidates who have previous experience in plant management and operations on a large scale

Special Requirements:
  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
