Compensation:
New hires start between $23.54 and $29.43 based on experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market factors. While the full pay range is listed for this position for pay transparency, individual compensation is determined by various factors and may vary within the posted range.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Case Manager (Community Resource Navigator) assists in providing the most accessible and highest quality comprehensive customer service to individuals and families seeking services in Snohomish County. This position works to connect Carnegie Resource Center (CRC) participants to available resources within the community, accurately collects client information and demographics, and assists service seekers in creating SMART goals to inspire healthy and productive living. The Carnegie Resource Center works side-by-side with the community to take on the biggest, most complex issues facing Snohomish County. We know that when people don’t have their most basic needs met, longer-term goals, like finding financial stability are out of reach. When we work together, we make a lasting, sustainable impact on our community.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for providing needed information and resources to clients via phone, text, chat, email and/or face-to-face conversations.
- Engages with agency partners to support the needs of clients and community members.
- Provides accurate information, referrals, and advocacy to all clients.
- Provides exceptional customer service to clients and identifies and recommends improvements for quicker and more efficient customer service delivery.
- Assists clients in accessing services and connecting with service providers in a professional, inclusive, and culturally sensitive manner.
- Follows up with clients to capture outcomes and alternative options.
- Supports deadlines to complete assigned projects and new initiatives in a quality and timely manner.
- Presents informational updates to Carnegie Staff and Partners at regularly scheduled staff meetings.
- Attends skill building training sessions as assigned.
