Core One is seeking a Financial Intelligence Operations, Liaison Support, and Training Support to support our IC program. This position requires a TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support liaison operational activities, including financial intelligence targeting, liaison support and training support
• Manage foreign partner relationships

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI w/Poly clearance
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics, or finance
• At least 11 years of Desk Officer or relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with customer targeting and/or HUMINT case management and with customer messaging system
• Minimum of 1 year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners
• Demonstrated experience in an IC or military capacity and exposure to the customer operational mission and messaging system, including assistance with finance threat-related kinds of activity
• Experience working in a conflict zone for minimum of 240 days in an IC or military capacity

Desired Skills:

• 1-year minimum experience working with or managing foreign partner relationships (Required for Level 3 and above)
• Demonstrated experience using IC targeting tools or similar systems
• Minimum of 3 years total experience that meet Knowledge/Skill Level requirements for either targeters or ops support specialists
• Demonstrated understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge of at least one of the following topics: financial institutions; how money is transferred worldwide; and threat finance topics as published in USG and IC products
