The Securities Services Leadership Program Insights Programs are designed to attract undergraduates who are eligible for our 2026 Securities Services Leadership Program Summer Analyst Program and committed to the advancement of individuals from underrepresented groups in this industry. The Securities Services Leadership Program Insights Programs (Advancing Black Pathways, Advancing Hispanics & Latinos, and Winning Women), are seeking undergraduate students, including, without limitation, Black, Hispanic & Latino, and/or Female students, who are interested in exploring career opportunities at JPMorganChase. We are looking for dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives to help us grow and position our businesses for the future. The Securities Services Leadership Program Insights Programs will consist of business specific overviews and networking, followed by interviews for the 2026 Securities Services Leadership Program Summer Analyst Program.
Job Summary:
The 9-week summer analyst program in New York, NY is the gateway into our full-time rotational program that offers the opportunity to develop a comprehensive, end-to-end knowledge of the Securities Services business. You will spend your summer in one of our key business areas.
If you receive an offer to join full-time, you'll participate in three ten-month rotations, covering areas such as Client Services, Product Development and Product Management. This program is designed to establish a strong foundation in the key disciplines of Securities Services so that you will be able to take on significant responsibilities and projects within the business upon completion of the program.
What You’ll Do
You will develop your analytical, technical and leadership skills while gaining hands on program management experience in your role. You will work with engaged managers in your location and have exposure to global teams across all areas of Securities Services.
Additionally, you will have regular engagement and networking opportunities with business leaders, current program participants and alumni. You also have the support of a mentor, program manager, as well as your direct manager.

On-the-Job Experience
You'll work with experienced managers and team members on priority initiatives that span across all aspects of Securities Services. You will have the opportunity to work across business areas within the Commercial and Investment Bank and colleagues around the globe.
Training
As a summer analyst you will have programing created to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the business, key skills for the future and have access to all of our Securities Services University courses.
As a full-time analyst, you will cultivate and hone new skills through an ongoing training curriculum and program analysts will participate in a 2-week bootcamp in New York. You will have the unique opportunity to participate in leadership trainings designed for your analyst class.
Career Progression
Upon successful completion of the summer program, you will receive an offer to join our two and a half year Securities Services Leadership Full-Time Rotational Program.
At the conclusion of the Securities Services Leadership Full-Time Rotational Program, we will work with you to identify a permanent role within Securities Services.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Key skills include:
- Exceptional writing, verbal communication and client facing skills
- Have the aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information and to develop innovative solutions
- Clear, articulate, and concise verbal and written communication
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, strong time-management skills
- Ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
- Attend college/university in the U.S.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Expected graduation date of December 2026 – June 2027 from bachelor’s or master’s program
