As Sr. Manager, GTM Operations Programs, you will be responsible for leading the cross-functional prioritization, coordination, and execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives aimed at maximizing long-term sales growth and customer retention, with a primary focus on Smartsheet’s Commercial sales team. You will partner closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Business Intelligence to maintain alignment on priorities, project staffing needs, timelines, and to ensure consistent delivery of quality results. You will serve as the conduit between our Commercial sales leadership team and all key operations functions. You will leverage strong written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills to effectively manage the organization through the rollout of new initiatives.
You will report to the Senior Director, GTM Operations. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.
You Will:
- Serve as the GTM Operations owner for prioritization and management of the Commercial sales team’s go-to-market initiatives and sales plays
- Own project planning and project management for prioritized Commercial go-to-market initiatives, including identification of key contributors across relevant functions, requirements-gathering, identification of milestones and key deliverables, capacity planning, scheduling, and status reporting
- Use strong relationship-building, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills to align key stakeholders across the organization, communicate plans, and report results to senior leadership
- Partner with the GTM Process and Analytics team to drive consistent execution on sales plays
- Lead and grow a team of high-performing operations program and project managers
You Have:
- 10+ years of experience leading programs, projects, and processes in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, finance operations, or similar functions in the B2B software industry
- 5+ years of experience managing teams of operations and/or project management specialists
- Familiarity with tools including Smartsheet, Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.California & New York: $145,800 to $210,600 | All other US States: $135,000 to $195,000.
