• Design, develop, and optimize OLTP data models to support the Transaction Hub, Customer Hub, and Dealer Hub initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and application developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient data models.
• Ensure data models align with business processes, performance requirements, and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain ER diagrams, logical and physical data models, and data dictionaries.
• Ensure proper indexing, partitioning, and query optimization for high-performance OLTP systems.
• Provide guidance on data integration strategies and ensure seamless data flow between hubs and other systems.
• Document data architecture designs and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Senir level data architecture with a strong focus on OLTP data modeling.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Transaction Hub, Customer Hub, and Dealer Hub data models or similar systems.
• Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin, ER/Studio, or similar.
• Strong understanding of relational databaseincluding SQL Server or NoSQL database
• Experience with data normalization, indexing strategies, and query optimization for high-performance OLTP systems.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data integration techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in financial services industry.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud and their OLTP capabilities.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases and their integration with OLTP systems.
