Job Description

The Workload & Data Support Analyst consolidates, validates, and analyzes workload data from multiple sources — including project evaluation, planning, and functional teams — to support accurate forecasting and capacity planning.

The role supports the Workload Lead in daily operations, ensuring data accuracy, timely inputs, and strong cadence for effective workload planning and reporting. It demands strong analytical skills, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst helps streamline data preparation, drive automation, deliver clear, visual insights through dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, integrate, validate workload data from multiple sources to simulate current and forecasted workloads.
• Clean, structure, summarize complex datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with functional and planning managers to collect allocation inputs, manage timelines, and ensure timely deliverables.
• Work with regional counterpart to consolidate workload data/analyze needs vs. budget.
• Propose and implement data management and automation solutions to improve data preparation and handle inputs efficiently.
• Develop and maintain visual dashboards and presentations (MS Office and Power BI)
• Ensure transparency and maintain high data integrity across all deliverables.
• Support process improvement by identifying reporting and analysis efficiencies. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Operations, related field.
• Experience in workload analysis, data consolidation, data validation, analytical reporting in a technical or engineering-focused environment.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VBA/macros) for automation/report generation.
• Experience presenting data insights and providing recommendations to leadership.
• Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable presentations for non-technical and technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices
