Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist (Level 4) to join the Supply Chain Directives Team based out of Everett, Washington.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and diverse team. The successful candidate will be a natural self-starter who is agile, with the ability to quickly adapt strategies, plans, and solutions in response to dynamic business requirements. You will help drive business planning and decision making, operations, and business insights up and down the BCA value stream with urgency and thoroughness.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development and integration of programs, plans, strategies and processes to meet business goals for authorization, such as sourcing strategy for commitment of work, cost imperatives, deployment analysis and impact mitigation.

• Provides frequent, clear, and concise communication to leadership within and external to the supply chain and Business Operations organization.

• Supports the coordination and clarifies the analysis with business partners to validate results and determine scope to meet long range business goals.

• Coordinates the commitments with internal and external organizations to fulfill strategies.

• Provides implementation direction for work authorization.

• Provides coaching and mentorship to less experienced personnel.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management

• 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams

• 3+ years of experience with communication to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership

• 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

• 5+ years of experience driving results through collaboration

• 5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to leadership

• 5+ years of experience working in Supply Chain

• 3+ years of experience in a position that required knowledge of Directives

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
