In an era driven by advanced automation and AI, understanding and constantly refining core processes is paramount, even more so as our product portfolio and customer expectations grow.</p><p>Each department is committed to continuous improvement. As Senior Process Excellence Consultant in Corporate Development, you will take on a holistic perspective, optimize end-to-end processes across the organization and contribute to seamless user journeys  - internally and externally. For this you will apply experience and methodology, make use of the latest technologies -such as process mining- and build trusting relationships as an advisor to our functional process owners. </p><p><strong>Missions :</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Prepare and lead continuous process improvement initiatives</strong>, in close collaboration with key business partners. </li><li><strong>Work in close collaboration with Process Owners, Business Intelligence, Project Managers and other major stakeholders on all levels </strong>to jointly improve process performance.</li><li>Help us<strong> improve the understanding of our processes by capturing data</strong> and pushing for more relevant data points.</li><li><strong>Analyze and prioritize</strong> key areas of process improvement and <strong>make recommendations</strong> based on data.</li><li>Have close ties to our IT business  partners, notably Enterprise Architects and our AI Center of Excellence and <strong>contribute to our automation initiatives.</strong></li><li><strong>Work closely with the Quality team</strong> on process KPIs, monitoring and documentation needs</li><li>Paint the bigger picture of our<strong> future process landscape</strong> and how upcoming technology and innovation can shape it.</li></ul><p> </p><p>To succeed in this role you will need to : </p><p> </p><ul><li>Have a <strong>deep understanding of our core processes</strong>, both internal and customer-facing.</li><li>Have an excellent <strong>understanding of processes’ business context</strong>, KPIs and their drivers and key process stakeholders.</li><li>Possess a broad toolset for process analysis and continuous improvement, for example <strong>Lean Management and Six Sigma</strong> and the proven experience to apply it in the right context.</li><li>Have experience in the right application of<strong> process mining tools, especially Celonis</strong>, to increase process flow transparency and draw conclusions for process improvement.</li><li>Bring a <strong>pragmatic attitude </strong>and an appetite for structured problem solving.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>A <strong>positive, open and curious nature</strong> to build trusting relationships</li><li>Thorough <strong>experience in process analysis and a relevant set of skills and tools</strong>, such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPM, PDCA or Value Stream Analysis</li><li><strong>Process Mining experience</strong>, especially using Celonis strongly desired</li><li>Adjacent skills in <strong>system- or project management</strong> (e.g. ITIL, Scrum, PRINCE2 or PMP) a plus.</li><li>Equally welcome: relevant <strong>expertise in automation</strong> projects and technology.</li><li><strong>Outstanding problem-solving abilities</strong>, to draw fitting recommendations from analysis.</li><li>Experience in <strong>engaging with senior business partners</strong> (5 years minimum) required. </li></ul><p>Excellent <strong>communication skills </strong>and fluent level of English</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Targeted Starting Date: <strong>ASAP</strong></p><p><strong>Location :</strong></p><ul><li><strong> open to candidates who can work +/- 2 hrs CET - Hybrid o
