The successful candidate will be compassionate and cat-loving; a quick and eager learner; well-versed in general office technology; obsessively detail-oriented; skilled at maintaining grace under pressure; and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Veterinary hospital or other medical office experience preferred.
This is a full-time, permanent professional position, and is not compatible with student schedules.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing outstanding care for clients and patients
- Answering and making phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Emailing clients
- Greeting clients, patients, and visitors
- Maintaining medical records
Qualifications:
- Positive and energetic
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing situations
- Proven experience and outstanding reception skills
- Open-minded, excited to learn new things
- Able to handle many personality types
- Time management, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Reliable, punctual, and conscientious
- Comfortable learning new skills
