Access Sales Executive

As an Access Sales Executive (Trial Membership), you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where meaningful moments are made together. 

Our Hyatt Vacation Club at The Welk location in Escondido, CA, is looking for an Access Sales Executive to join their Sales & Marketing team!

Pay: $16.50/hour plus commission/bonuses

Schedule: Full-time, must be open to work on weekends

As an Access Sales Executive (Encore Marketing Coordinator), a typical day will include:  

• Engage with guests and potential Owners while providing elevated customer service. 

• Offer specially priced trial membership packages. 

• Effectively communicate the benefits of trial ownership and special offers. 

• Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. 

Guest Experience and Company Standards: 

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. 

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. 

• Contribute to team goals. 

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures. 

To Become an Access Sales Executive (Encore), you must be:  

• Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. 

• A Real Estate License may be required at some locations depending on state laws.  

• Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.  

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
