Operations Supervisor (Food, Beverage, & Retail)
AutoCampAbout the role
Description
Are you the kind of person who runs toward the action, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows exactly how to make a guest’s day? Are you a front desk pro with a sixth sense for hospitality and a side hustle as the go-to fixer? If you’re nodding along — we want you on our team.
At Field Station, we’re not just providing a place to stay — we’re building a movement to get people outside more often. As part of the AutoCamp Hospitality Group, we’ve created a modern outdoor lodging brand that blends thoughtful design, killer service, and our shared love of adventure.
This isn’t your typical desk job. As our Operations Supervisor (Food, Beverage, & Retail), you’ll lead from the front — overseeing the magic that happens at check-in, keeping things flowing in F&B and retail, and co-managing a high-vibe team of outdoor-loving pros.
Whether you’re syncing systems, jumping behind the bar during a rush, or resolving a guest hiccup with grace, this role keeps you on your toes — and your impact? Huge.
Who You Are:
- A hospitality pro with a knack for leadership and a love for the outdoors
- A wizard with PMS and POS systems (and yes, you know what those acronyms mean ??)
- A people-person with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for guest service
- Cool as a cucumber during high-volume times and a rockstar at problem-solving
What You’ll Do:
- Lead F&B and retail ops like a boss (yes, you might jump in on espresso duty!)
- Support the Front Desk like a rockstar — from smooth check-ins to same-day reservations
- Be the guest whisperer: resolve issues, track trends, and turn “meh” into “wow”
- Own inventory, invoices, and shift reports — details matter
- Hire, train, and inspire a team that lives and breathes our values
- Collaborate with AGMs/Managers to keep scheduling, compliance, and performance on point
- Bring the vibe: keep the team motivated, guests delighted, and standards sky-high
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in front desk or hospitality leadership roles
- You’re fluent in PMS/POS systems and love a good checklist
- Weekend warrior energy: you’re flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays
- Calm under pressure and passionate about great service
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
The Perks
- Work somewhere that feels more like a lifestyle than a job
- Help shape the next chapter of modern outdoor hospitality
- Collaborate with a passionate team that really loves what they do
- Competitive pay + great benefits
Did we mention… Moab and Joshua Tree — our locations plus our AutoCamps!
