Production Tech I

Overview

Carry out specialised production operations and simple checks and/or 1st and 2nd level repairs/maintenance and ensure that they are carried out to the required time, quantity and quality and in accordance with established protocols and procedures.

 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

 

• Carry out a range of technical manufacturing operations (simple calibration, etc.)
• Manufacture batches of new products in collaboration with the transfer department using pre-established documents.
• Analyse the results of checks and submit them to your manager for final approval.
• Check raw materials and finished semis
• Take stock of raw materials and consumables
• Place orders for reagents and consumables required for production activities
• Maintain and check production equipment/materials in accordance with pre-established instructions.
