About the Role

Our fast-paced sales office is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist to join our Beaverton, OR team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start a professional career in finance, operations, or customer relations. No prior collections experience? No problem—we’re happy to train the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

  • Make outbound calls to resolve past-due accounts

  • Review and analyze aging reports

  • Document all account activity accurately and thoroughly

  • Resolve customer discrepancies and disputes with professionalism and discretion

  • Communicate cross-functionally with sales teams and senior management when needed

  • Confidently follow up on accounts to ensure timely resolution while maintaining strong customer relationships

What You Bring

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent organization and time-management abilities

  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Confidence communicating with customers regarding payments while maintaining professionalism

Preferred (Not Required)

  • 2+ years of collections or accounts receivable experience
