Are you a highly skilled and board-certified Clinical Pharmacist with expertise in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT), or CAR-T therapy? This is a full-time, day shift position (9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday) , offering competitive pay, generous bonuses, and relocation assistance (case by case).

Your Role as an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist BMT

As an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist , you’ll provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services to support the TCT/BMT program. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Patient Care & Medication Management:

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and manage medication therapies for patients undergoing bone marrow transplants, cellular therapies, and CAR-T treatments.
  • Oversee the coordination, education, and management of anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications.

• Clinical Expertise:

  • Serve as a resource for BMT/Cellular Therapy teams, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary rounds, providing pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations.

• Operational Responsibilities:

  • Verify medication orders, oversee Pharmacy Technician work, and ensure compliance with organizational protocols.
  • Work closely with nurses and physicians to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based medication therapies.

• Quality Improvement:

  • Lead and collaborate on organization-wide quality projects related to oncology and transplant care.
  • Stay current with advancements in oncology and transplant pharmacy practices to enhance patient care.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (PharmD) required.
• Certifications:
  • Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) preferred.
  • Active Florida Pharmacy License required.
• Experience:
  • Recent (within the last year) experience as a pharmacist in an acute hospital setting.
  • Proven expertise in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT), Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT), or CAR-T therapy .
  • Completion of a residency in oncology or a related field is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
