ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
- Collect, clean, prepare and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Perform complex data analysis using advance statistical methods, algorithms and techniques
- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets
- Interpret data analysis results to provide actionable insights
- Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools, such as Power BI
- Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations of data findings
- Maintain and update regular reports for different departments and stakeholders
- Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and objectives
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and data models
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and test hypotheses
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize processes and strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and share insights
- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
- Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis tools and techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis
- Recommend and implement new tools and methodologies to improve data analysis processes
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
