POSITION PURPOSE The Data Analyst plays a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization. This position bridges the gap between data and business strategy by analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, and communicating findings to stakeholders. The Data Analyst's work directly contributes to optimizing operations, enhancing member experiences, and supporting strategic initiatives. By leveraging analytical skills and business acumen, the Data Analyst helps the organization make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency, increase profitability, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Collect, clean, prepare and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
Perform complex data analysis using advance statistical methods, algorithms and techniques
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets
Interpret data analysis results to provide actionable insights
Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools, such as Power BI
Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations of data findings
Maintain and update regular reports for different departments and stakeholders
Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and objectives
Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and data models
Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making
Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and test hypotheses
Develop predictive models to forecast trends and outcomes
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize processes and strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and share insights
Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively
Provide training and support to colleagues on data analysis tools and techniques
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis
Recommend and implement new tools and methodologies to improve data analysis processes
Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements
Manage multiple data analysis projects simultaneously
Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Document processes, methodologies, and findings for future reference
