Thrive in a supportive, family-friendly work environment that values collaboration and personal development.</p><p><strong>Your tasks will be:</strong></p><p>► Support payroll processing service for Bosch in Germany in close cooperation with the local payroll team</p><p>► Handle social insurance and sick leave documentation in the system</p><p>► Enter employee payment data in SAP</p><p><strong>► </strong>Ensure payroll accuracy following all controls</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>► </strong><strong>Background:</strong> You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related areas.</p><p><strong>► </strong><strong>Experience:</strong> You have 1-3 years' experience in German operations in multinational environment or in shared services.</p><p><strong>► </strong><strong>Personality:</strong> You are organized and detail oriented.
