Your work will ensure seamless data integration, support advanced analytics, and enable meaningful, actionable insights across research, clinical, and operational functions. Acting as a key subject matter expert, you will work closely with data engineers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align BI architecture with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Responsibilities</b></p><p><u>BI Architecture &amp; Solution Design</u></p><ul><li><p>Design, implement, and maintain robust end-to-end BI architectures, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, EMA, HIPAA).</p></li><li><p>Optimize system landscapes, integration patterns, and technical frameworks across pharmaceutical research, clinical operations, and business domains.</p></li><li><p>Select appropriate BI tools, data platforms, and integration technologies to ensure interoperability, usability, and long-term sustainability.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>System Integration &amp; Governance</u></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the lifecycle of large-scale BI solutions, including data platforms for clinical trials, R&amp;D analytics, and operational reporting.</p></li><li><p>Ensure solutions are compliant with security, privacy, and governance frameworks applicable to the healthcare and life sciences industry.</p></li><li><p>Establish architecture principles, enforce standards, and support solution governance across projects and domains.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Collaboration &amp; Advisory</u></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with IT teams, data scientists, business analysts, and operational users to understand requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.</p></li><li><p>Serve as an internal consultant to project teams and stakeholders on architecture strategy, data platform evolution, and emerging best practices.</p></li><li><p>Support technology roadmap planning by evaluating new tools, frameworks, and cloud-based solutions.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Innovation &amp; Continuous Improvement</u></p><ul><li><p>Stay up to date on advancements in BI platforms, cloud analytics, and data architecture.</p></li><li><p>Recommend modern approaches to improve system efficiency, analytical capabilities, and user access to critical insights.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our enterprise data architecture and advanced analytics capabilities.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your Profile</b></p><p><u>Qualifications</u></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.</p></li><li><p>8+ years of experience in BI architecture, solution design, or related roles such as Data Engineer, BI Developer, or Enterprise Architect.</p></li><li><p>Deep expertise in leading BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in enterprise data platforms including Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Redshift, or Google BigQuery.</p></li><li><p>Strong experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Alteryx.</p></li><li><p>Broad understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), data integration concepts, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to deliver secure, regulatory-compliant solutions within life sciences or other highly regulated industries.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u>Preferred Attributes</u></p><ul><li><p>Strong problem-solving capabilities with a structured, pragmatic approach to architecture challenges.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with frameworks like ITIL, TOGAF, or TBM is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and influence cross-functional decision-making.</p></li><li><p>Independent, reliable, and quality-driven work style.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><p>This is a unique opportunity to influence how data and insights are delivered at scale in a global healthcare company.
