Compensation: $18 per hour, depending on experience

Work Location: 60% onsite at Scott Family Amazeum | 40% onsite at Gravette Warehouse

Scott Family Amazeum Overview

The Scott Family Amazeum is a hands-on, interactive museum in Northwest Arkansas and recognized as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We create a fun environment where risk taking, imagining, problem solving, discovery, collaboration, and exploration bring children and adults together to learn and grow. 

Core Purpose:  The Amazeum exists to spark and nurture the curious and creative spirit in all of us.

Through experiences with the Amazeum, individuals and the community are engaged in building relationships and developing identities as creative, curious, and innovative shapers for the region. Learning at the Amazeum is an active, playful exploration that inspires curiosity. It is rooted in inquiry-based discovery and involves an element of risk. Hands-on learning opportunities allow guests to exercise critical thinking in the context of play.

The Amazeum facility includes approximately 50,000 square feet of indoor space and one acre of outdoor exhibition and activity space. The museum is located at the intersection of Museum Way and J Street in Bentonville, AR.

 

Position Summary

The Retail Data & Operations Coordinator is a critical role responsible for ensuring data integrity, system accuracy, analytics reporting, and operational workflow as the Amazeum’s retail and e-commerce presence continues to scale.

This role serves as the operational backbone connecting warehouse workflows, retail systems, and leadership analytics. As our retail footprint grows, clean and reliable data becomes mission-critical — driving financial reporting accuracy, margin visibility, inventory management, and seamless customer fulfillment. The Retail Data & Operations Coordinator ensures our growth is sustainable, accurate, and strategic.

Essential Functions

Retail Data & System Integrity

•       Own and manage the full purchase order lifecycle from creation through reconciliation

•       Ensure accurate SKU creation, cost entry, pricing integrity, and vendor records

•       Maintain clean inventory data across POS and e-commerce platforms

•       Perform detailed retail data reconciliation and margin verification

•       Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve reporting or fulfillment issues

•       Maintain strong system alignment between POS, inventory software, and website

Analytics & Reporting

•       Generate regular retail performance reports including sales, margin, inventory turnover, and cost tracking

•       Support monthly reconciliation and financial reporting accuracy

•       Monitor inventory health and flag aging or at-risk product

•       Assist in forecasting and purchase planning using historical data

•       Use Python or data tools to streamline reporting and improve efficiency

E-Commerce & Website Management

•       Ensure all products have accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images

•       Manage product categorization and website presentation

•       Use HTML to maintain website formatting and layout consistency

•       Support backend product data cleanup and automation

Warehouse & Operations Support 

•       Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders

•       Unload deliveries and verify counts

•       Support warehouse organization and inventory accuracy

•       Pick, pack, and fulfill online orders

•       Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation

•       Maintain clean and efficient operational systems

QualificationsMinimum Requirements

•       High school diploma or equivalent

•       Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

•      6+ months experience managing purchase orders and inventory systems

•       Working knowledge of Python for reporting or automation

•       Proficiency in HTML for website man
