He/she will provide and maintain quality helping services to clients, and will assist clients in their attempt to reach individual treatment goals.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or Sociology required; PhD preferred
Licensure in counseling required; Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC); Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT); or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
At least two (2) years of experience with Mental Health, Substance Use Disorders, Co-Occurring Disorders, and Crisis Intervention
General Qualifications
Ability to provide Individual, Group, and Family Counseling
Ability to work with adults who have co-occurring disorders
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Must be CPR certified or within 90 days
Must be HIPAA and Privacy Act trained
Must be flexible in nature and able to work as part of a team
Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
Requires the ability to work independently and exhibit problem solving skills which remain inside the values and policies of the organization.
Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics
Requires strong patient chart documentation skills
Requires the ability to prioritize and multitask independently
Requires familiarity with Oklahoma Health Care Authority and Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services requirements for services, documentation and billing.
Requires familiarity with planning concepts and processes including but not limited to program planning
Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions
Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs
Requires good interpersonal communication and team work skills
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
Must have a clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
