What You Will Do
- Support bi-weekly CORE meeting, lead CORE initiatives, and assist DO CORE focal with CORE projects.
- Implement Process Analysis turnback data collection and lead corrective action plans for Development Operations
- Assist the WPB Development Operations Assembly FOD Focal. Help implement FOD best practices and implementing proper corrective actions in the event of FO/FOD events.
- Support a site-wide EH&S team to help improve our site's safety, benchmark other business units, share our best practices, and implement learning back into DO Assembly.
- Identify, research, procure, and implement digital technologies to close gaps and improve efficiencies on the WPB Development Operations Assembly floor.
- Represent the Development Operations Assembly cell on the Ergonomics Team, acting as focal and facilitator of Ergonomics Team initiatives.
- Work with mechanics and Snap-On to provide a sustainable hand tool accountability.
- Coordinate with mechanics and Snap-on rep to ensure timely replacement of broken tools.
- Ensure facilities issues are resolved in a timely manner by being the contact for these issues and following through with facilities to complete repairs/improvements.
- Manage, support and help identify new opportunities for Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Manage and support balance machine and Precitech calibration, maintenance and repair activities to minimize downtime and impact to build and delivery schedules.
- Lead Execution of 3P event tooling project
- Participate ECU floor layout 3P event and Lead execution of 3P event for ECU program
- Complete/Update AutoCrib inventory; 1) Upload photo documentation; 2) Update descriptions and nomenclature. - AutoCrib inventory Reports
- Complete/update computer workstation location information. - Inventory Reports with workstation location
- Participate and Lead DIVE/RCCA project meetings

Qualifications You Must Have
- Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
