Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Sr. Client Administrator to join our IT team supporting both office-based and factory-floor employees in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a hands-on support environment and has a proven track record of delivering and maintaining robust endpoint computing services. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing PC lifecycle operations, automating client system deployments, and ensuring the availability and reliability of IT hardware resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for desktops, laptops, hand scanners, printers, and peripherals in both office and factory settings.
- Automate and manage PC imaging processes using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), Autopilot, or equivalent.
- Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of end-user computing devices, ensuring standardization and compliance with IT policies.
- Manage and track IT hardware inventory including computers, monitors, scanners, and related peripherals across multiple locations.
- Coordinate hardware lifecycle management: ordering, asset tagging, deployment, decommissioning, and disposal.
- Partner with factory and office staff to understand business needs and ensure IT solutions support operational efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to service requests and incidents using the organization's ITSM/ticketing system.
- Maintain documentation for processes, procedures, hardware standards, and support runbooks.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure secure configurations and patch compliance.
- Train junior IT staff or assist with mentoring team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a client support, desktop support, or endpoint administration role.
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft Windows 10/11, O365, and imaging/deployment tools (SCCM/MECM, MDT, or Autopilot).
- Proven ability to automate routine desktop management tasks.
- Experience working in manufacturing environments and supporting production staff IT needs.
- Solid understanding of asset management, hardware lifecycle, and procurement best practices.
- Ability to lift and move IT equipment as necessary.
- Familiarity with ITIL
Preferred:
- Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune) and scripting (PowerShell).
- Experience with barcode scanner configuration and label printers.
- IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, etc.) a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to support a diverse user base.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
Work Environment:
- Split between office and factory floor environments.
- Travel between facilities in Oklahoma City is required.
- On-call or after-hours support required.
