About the Role

Are you passionate about leading operational excellence in an entrepreneurial and dynamic work environment? Are you yearning for an opportunity to utilize your creativity to grow a scaling process?  We are looking for a Regional Shop Manager to join us on our journey to facilitate getting contractors the PPE needed. As a Regional Shop Manager, ALMM, your primary responsibilities would include supervising and coordinating the operations of multiple diesel repair facilities within a specific region. You would be expected to oversee and manage the performance of shop managers, ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, monitor budgets and expenses, and develop strategies to increase efficiency and profitability within your region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

●        Overseeing the operations of multiple diesel repair facilities within a designated region.

●        Managing and mentoring shop managers and their teams to ensure high-quality performance and customer service.

●        Developing and implementing business strategies to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

●        Monitoring and managing budgetary and financial aspects of the region, including expenses, other income, revenue, and profit margins.

●        Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and industry regulations.

●        Collaborating with senior management to establish performance goals and strategies for continuous improvement.

●        Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and vendors.

●        Identifying and addressing operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.

●        Analyzing performance metrics and operational data to make informed decisions and drive results.

●        Representing the organization professionally and ethically in all interactions and activities.

●        Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

●        Preferred a bachelor's degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, or a related field.

●        Extensive experience in trailer repair/maintenance, diesel mechanics, automotive service, or a relevant industry.

●        Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a similar capacity.

●        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.

●        Excellent communication abilities for internal coordination and external relationship building.

●        Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.

●        In-depth understanding of diesel engine systems and maintenance procedures.

●        Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and industry compliance requirements.

●        Strategic thinking to develop and execute business plans and operational strategies.

●        Analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and drive performance improvements.

●        Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

●        Ability to travel 75%
